A kid, well a kid to me, somewhere in his early twenties, asked the girl working there ,"is Jennifer working today? *curious*".The girl turns to him, "No, she's off today. *sorry*"So far so good. Then he said, "Oh, that's too bad,*depressed*". To which she responded with a, "im sorry. "Peace sign*. Yes, they actually said all those words.Later on, I overheard my daughter while on the phone with one of her equally eloquent girlfriends, laughing and saying, "I know right, sad face!"I wondered, Are we learning to communicate more effectively and logically, or are we just getting lazy and losing our ability to use language? less

So I think they were just props so Trump could say he is working hard at making sure there will be no conflict of interest. Cheers and happy weekend!
How true is that? If you were offered enough money and you were a vegetarian would you perform for the Beef Industry as long as you didn't have to eat any of it?

This is a serious breach that some seem to just sluff off. Why? Isn't the sanctity of American elections important to you? As long as you win it matters not how?

Unfortunately my boyfriend is on the opposite site of the spectrum and is probably always with at least one of his friends. This creates for very little alone time. Not sure how to deal. I don't want him to think I don't like his friends, but I do want to spend more time with him without them always around.

She was posting to others on social media each day, but never me. I have NEVER been unkind to her, crass, rude etc. I do remember once her saying in frontof another fam. member , 'call me, dont' text.'. in a command like way (years ago).. Now thinking back on that, she 'may' have not returned my inquiries b/c i didn't 'call' ?? To me, if someone reaches out in a kind , caring manner it has NO bearing 'how ' they did it. Today she landed in the hospital again and this morning I texted her, I'm so sorry, what has happened, what did they say?, no reply again all day. Do I not continue contact? I feel so low and slighted when she never replied to me before, yet still inquired today, and still shows no reply to me. I'm unsure what to do.. :/ less
