    Okay, now we're getting somewhere.  Now to figure out how to send you a picture of Notre Dame, the Medieval villages we've been, the Black Forest etc.  We've had some great quiche Lorraine here.  Another friend of mine said it has so much more flavor because they done homogenize the cheese.  We also had choucroute garnie which is pretty good if you like sour kraut (I do).  You can find a recipe on line. Just google Alsatian pork and sour kraut.  More later. PS. We are not a bit deterred from enjoying ourselves by what happened in Niece.
