I saw this and thought of you.
It's totally fine. There's a girl on here whose avatar is her in her underwear. As long as there's no actual nudity, it's ok. I understood the meaning of the photo, it's the ripping of her stomach open that's a little disturbing. I'm sure it was intentionally done that way though. Art is something else.
