Hmm... That's odd. I can see other questions going through. Have you tried refreshing the page? That can help. Are you getting any kind of error? Questions without at least a period in the big text box won't go through and if you don't select a category it won't go through. If you're doing that and getting a perpetual loading wheel, try opening a new page or refreshing the page.
