Our site is presently only supported on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Most people who have issues with uploading a photo are using Internet Explorer. We do have some upgrades in the pipeline to make the site more IE-friendly, but they're not ready just yet. If you aren't using Internet Explorer, please let me know what kind of browser you're using and what kind of error message you get.
